General questions about booking and accommodation
What time are check-in and check-out?
For most locations, check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out ends at 11:00. The exact window and arrival instructions are shown in your booking confirmation. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.
How do I check in online and when do I receive the self check-in details?
One day before arrival, around 11:00 Romanian time, the online check-in invitation is sent automatically by email. The self check-in details become available only after completing the form. Once done, the guest gets access to their dedicated app with the location details, address, assigned room and access code. We recommend also checking your Spam or Junk folder if the email doesn’t appear in your Inbox.
Is there free Wi‑Fi?
Yes. All five locations offer Wi‑Fi access. Network details are available in the unit or in the instructions received before arrival.
Is there an iron?
Yes. At Piccolo Mondo, Monaco Grand Apartments and Downtown Victoria Studios, all rooms and apartments have an iron and ironing board. At Arc de Triomphe and Otopeni Suites, an iron can be provided on request.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
You can send a request, but approval depends on that day’s availability and is not guaranteed. Early check-in, if available and confirmed by the CityBookings team, is subject to a 150 RON fee. Confirm your request before organizing your journey.
Is the cancellation policy the same for all bookings?
No. Cancellation and prepayment differ by location, period and the rate type chosen. Check the policy displayed before payment and the terms in your booking confirmation.
Are smoking, parties or pets allowed?
Smoking and parties or events are not allowed. Verified listings indicate that pets are not accepted. Please respect quiet hours and the specific rules received for your booked location.
Can I come with children?
Yes, children are welcome. Maximum capacity, cot availability and bed configuration vary by room or apartment; enter each child’s age when checking availability.
Can I get a company invoice?
Yes. Send your complete billing details before the document is issued. For corporate or recurring stays you can write to sales@citybookings.ro.

The Dimitrie Leonida station is a few minutes’ walk away, offering direct access to central Bucharest.
