Finnish Sauna – Terms & Condition

To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all our guests at CitySpa by CityBookings, please take a moment to review the following sauna terms and conditions:

1. Health & Safety

Guests must be in good health before using the sauna.

The sauna is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with cardiovascular conditions, acute infections, or other medical restrictions.

Guests with any health concerns are advised to consult a physician prior to use.

2. Usage & Guidelines

The maximum recommended session time is 15–20 minutes.

After each session, guests should cool down gradually and stay hydrated.

Entering the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

3. Hygiene & Attire

A shower before use is mandatory to maintain hygiene and prepare the body for heat exposure.

Guests must sit on towels provided by the spa and wear swimwear or use a towel wrap.

Jewelry and metal accessories must be removed before entering.

4. Conduct Inside the Sauna

Please maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere.

Do not pour any substances (essential oils, water, etc.) on the heating stones unless specifically allowed by the spa staff.

Electronic devices (phones, cameras, etc.) are not permitted.

5. Liability

Use of the Finnish Sauna is at the guest’s own risk.

CitySpa by CityBookings is not liable for accidents, health reactions, or injuries resulting from misuse or non-compliance with the rules.

6. Staff Instructions

Guests must follow the directions of CitySpa staff at all times.

The management reserves the right to deny access to anyone who disregards the safety or hygiene rules.

7. Age Policy

The Finnish Sauna is available for adults aged 18 and over.

Minors may access only with adult supervision and at the staff’s discretion.
